事業所の多くは役所のように様々な場面で面倒な書類が必要なことが多い。その書類にはいくつかの上長と関係部署責任者の印鑑が必要であるが、この上長や責任者の多くが自席を留守にしていることが多い。しかし何も心配することはない。上長印は「机の引き出しの決まった場所」にあり、所属部署の人間であれば勝手に判断して代わりに押印しても問題ない。つまり、責任者の承認という意を成しておらず、ただのスタンプ ラリーと化している (大きな事業所では、関係部署がすごく遠いところにあったりするので、1 日中歩き回ってヘトヘトになる。マジでスタンプ ラリーとしか思えない)。
